To be eligible for co-op, students must have completed two OR be currently enrolled in two Career/Technical Education courses.
The earliest a student should be on campus is a.m. To remain on campus, a student must be a participant in an activity or assigned to an after school program. Long-term assignments, such as research papers and projects with dates provided earlier are due on the date assigned. Students must comply with Academics First requirements for participation. Requests must be submitted to the principal one week prior to the absence. If the test or assignment was unannounced prior to the student's excused absence, the student will not be required to submit the work on the day of return. Students with excessive absences may have credit denied and are reported to the Department of Public Safety for drivers license revocation. Applicable state laws and system handbook are followed.
When a student has checked out five times, on the sixth and all subsequent checkouts, the parent or guardian must come into the school office and provide a picture identification to check the student out.
